Shipping Policy:

All orders placed through YENESAI.com will be processed and shipped via UPS service within 7 days. 

Once the item has been shipped you will receive an email detailing your tracking number. Please, note that Yenesai is not liable for missed deliveries and reserves the right to charge you the costs for shipping charges of uncollected packages.

Kindly note that customers outside of the EU may be liable to pay any customs and duty fees incurred.

Any parcels returned with unpaid customs fees could result in refunds not being issued.

Returns Policy:

All Yenesai customers are entitled to return their order for any reason within 14 days of receiving the order. If you wish to make a return, please email info@yenesai.com with: Return - “your order number" in the subject and the reason for return. Following that you will be provided with instructions and the return address.

You have the right to open the package and check the contents, however the product must return unused. All original packaging and

labels must be returned with the product without having been altered or damaged.

The refund will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the item. Please, note that shipping costs can not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the costs of returning the goods.
